If you are new to yoga, we suggest that you start with Beginners Course which is a’ step-by-step introduction.

If you are on an intermediate or advanced practice level, choose one of our open classes.

Please bring loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and a Yoga mat.

Beginners Courses       

This is the place to start and is perfect for complete beginners. You will learn some of the basic postures for building strength and flexibility, breathing exercises for increasing your energy and focus and relaxation techniques for body, mind and spirit.

Beginners / Intermediate 6 week Yoga course - Starting 10 August 2014

    

      

$110 members/ $90 concession
Each student will receive one voucher per course for an Open Class, either to replace missed course classes or for additional practice in Open Classes.
